Chemical arrays of between 100 – 500 members will be prepared around pharmaceutically acceptable templates, and will have a range of drug-like and lead-like properties.

 

These will be prepared using parallel synthesis techniques already developed with Sygnature’s chemistry group. The design of libraries can utilize computational approaches based on target structure or existing ligand SAR.
